I love any trip to the museum or exhibitions, I've found myself stumbling upon various artistic events in London, one of them being Neil Buchan Grant's photographic exhibition at Art Bermondsey Project Space. Born near Edinburgh Neil focused on Travel and landscape photography for many years, becoming a brand ambassador for the camera company OLYMPUS. He has won a number of awards and developed a love shooting location portraiture. He produces marketing images using the PEN and OMD camera and has been named OLYMPUS visionary. INDIA by Neil Buchan Grant is a series of photographs capturing his 2015 Photo Tour with tour operator KUONI, it depicts their odyssey through Delhi, Jaipur, Agra and Varanasi. My favourite thing about this exhibition was the richness in colour and close up shots of local people, going about their day, you really feel like you're there standing behind the lens. Image is powerful and can translate so many different emotions and textures to the audience, I can't wait to visit India and I enjoyed viewing Neil's interpretation through a lens, what a beautiful country. I've been reaching for items in my wardrobe that are easy and comfortable hence the stripe shirt and high waisted Levi's, the weather has been harsh in London and my jacket has kept me warm but stylish. My motto is if it's cold I 'll let my footwear fight back, these Monk Strap gold heeled beauties make any outfit outstanding. I hope you enjoyed the photos, have you been to any exhibitions that have inspired you?
