I modelled for the Illamasqua school of makeup recently and I loved this cut crease I never thought I'd look good with it but I'm in love. The cut crease has been a high-fashion staple for decades (think Liza Minnelli in Cabaret, or Barbara Streisand in ... anything), but I loved how wearable this look was. My makeup artist Tony used Sophie pencil to create the crease, he placed it slightly over my crease line then blended it outward to create a smokey look and set it with Wolf powdered eye shadow. He then added Vintage a lovely antique gold shade the centre of my eye and God do I love this colour, he then lined my eyes with Gel liner and joined it with the cut crease. Under my eye brows he highlighted with Androgen cream pigment, finished the eye with false eye lashes. Finally on my lips he used honour pencil to line the lips, Buff in the centre and Enchant lip gloss to finish. I loved this look and it was heart breaking when i had to take it off, I respect the long lasting quality of Illamasqua products and love the finish they give me, I be trying this look out on myself in the near future probably won't look this perfect tho. Hope you enjoy your weekend, maybe you can be brave and try a cut crease!
